SHIPPING CARE, RETURN AND WARRANTY POLICY​

Shipments are made to the entire United States and Puerto Rico. All orders will be processed within 24 hours. Shipments will be by USPS between 2 to 3 business days and 5-7 for international shipments. Our return policy does not include money back, store credit will be given. Any order well dispatched will not be returned. Claims for manufacturing damage to jewelry can only be made within 5 days of receiving the merchandise.

Stainless Steel Warranty

"We offer a warranty on all items marked as Stainless Steel. Warranty applies if the piece discolors; it does not apply to breakages or loss of merchandise. The customer must make a claim at support@kaileejewelry.com within 30 days or less and is responsible for shipping costs. Once the damaged piece is received and validated, Kailee will replace the same piece or a similar one of equal value or issue store credit. No cash refunds will be provided."
